The Super natural home review and GIVEAWAY

I saw this book on Amazon and it had great reviews so I contacted the author about reviewing the book. She also sent me a signed book to giveaway, see more about that at bottom of the review.

Super Natural Home by Beth Greer is full of information on eliminating toxins from your life.  Eliminating would sometimes be a strong world but not when it comes to this book.  This is a thorough look into chemicals in every area of our lives.


I hate to say it but I actually found myself lying awake at night worrying about chemicals, worrying about water I was drinking, worrying about the mattress I was laying on.  Yes this book scared me, I almost think some of the information could have been represented in a better way as I do feel it is a little scare mongering at times.

I consider myself to know alot about chemicals and things that exist in our home but I also have to live on a budge and do the best I can with what we have.  She suggests quite a few changes to make in the book , some very pricey.  At the beginning of the book she suggests changing one thing at a time but as the book roles on you realize you are overwhelmed with the changes suggested.

Now I am not saying this book is bad by any means, this lady knows her stuff when it comes to chemicals and there is great information in there.  I especially enjoyed the skincare section and the recipe she has added for a veggie and fruit wash.

If you are new to making changes in your life you want to take this book very slowly and just do what you can inch by inch.  If you are further in to reducing chemicals in your life then this may be a good read for you.

This book covers everything from skin care to how you can reduce chemicals in each and every room of your home.

Not everyone worries and stresses about things like I do.  I did have to come up with a new moto for myself.

 Worrying is going to kill you before drinking tap water will so QUIT!!
